Bonnie Talks to Monocle Radio 24 for The Menu about Tofu Tasty Cookbook

It was great fun being invited to talk about Tofu Tasty on Monocle Radio; I have long been a fan of their cafe (and their famous sandos) and their magazine which is a work of art.

For those of you who have not tuned into their radio station before, they have a number of programmes on there from politics to entrepreneurs and my favourite, the “Food Neighbourhoods” segment of “The Menu”.

In The Menu I talk about my favourite recipes in my new book and give you a glimpse of the wide range of textures that tofu has to offer.
