  • In a large bowl, simply mix together the spring onion, pork, mushrooms and the Miso Tasty Sweet & Sticky Teriyaki until you have an even mixture.
    1 spring onion, 230 grams  Omnipork Mince , 25 grams Sweet & Sticky Teriyaki Squeezy Sauce, 50 grams Dried shiitake mushrooms
  • In a wide pan, heat up 2 tbsp of sunflower or vegetable oil to medium heat.
    2 tbsp sunflower or vegetable oil
  • Meanwhile, shape your patties into 50g balls and place them in the pan to shallow fry for 3-4 minutes each side until cooked through and golden on each side.
  • To serve, drizzle some extra teriyaki sauce on top, or serve as a dip. We love these meatballs served with plain wheat noodles.
