This little dish is inspired by sichuanese green beans with minced pork. Our version is more mild and the citrus flavours from the yuzu gives the dish a summery vibe.Makes a great refreshing side dish to a rich main, or simply served with rice or noodles.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Boil a pan of water in a saucepan and add a pinch of salt, then throw in the green beans to simmer for 2-3 minutes to al dente. Drain.
  2. Heat up a frying pan, then add the oil to warm through, before adding the garlic to sizzle for 1 minute before adding the pork and chilli flakes or peppercorns.
  3. Once the pork has cooked through, add the Rich & Tangy Yuzu Squeezy Sauce until it is coated in the flavours.
  4. Turn up the heat and add the green beans and stir fry until slightly charred.
  5. Season with a little extra salt and pepper at the end before serving.

Notes

You will need a food processor to make the sauce.
