- In a large bowl, simply mix together the spring onion, pork, mushrooms and the Miso Tasty Sweet & Sticky Teriyaki until you have an even mixture.
- In a wide pan, heat up 2 tbsp of sunflower or vegetable oil to medium heat.
- Meanwhile, shape your patties into 50g balls and place them in the pan to shallow fry for 3-4 minutes each side until cooked through and golden on each side.
- To serve, drizzle some extra teriyaki sauce on top, or serve as a dip. We love these meatballs served with plain wheat noodles.

Making miso caramel is very easy with only a few ingredients but the key to success is paying close attention to the sugar heating process.
