No Bake Miso Snickers Bars
Indulgent yet satisfying, these no-bake miso snickers bars layer a rich, velvety miso-date caramel with crunchy roasted peanuts and a thick shell of smooth chocolate. Sweet, salty, and deeply satisfying, every bite delivers the perfect balance of flavour.

Instructions
- Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm baking tray.
- Pit all of the dates. Place 400g of dates for the caramel into a deep bowl, cover with boiling water and let it sit for 15 minutes or until the dates are soft.
- Add the almonds into a food processor, along with 200-250g of dates and continue to add more if the mixture is too dry. Blend until the mixture combines together.
- Press the mixture evenly into the lined baking tray.
- Once the dates for the caramel are soft, drain add them to the food processor.
- Add the other caramel ingredients, including the White Miso Paste and blend in a food processor until smooth.
- Adjust the taste of the caramel with more White Miso Paste and flaky salt.
- Spread the caramel evenly onto the base mixture.
- Add the peanuts to the top of the caramel and lightly push them in.
- -Melt the chocolate and coconut oil. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate evenly onto the peanut layer and place in the fridge for an hour until set.
- Remove from the tray and cut into bars.
- ENJOY!
Notes
Freeze for 2-3 months or 1 week in a sealed container in the fridge.
