Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. Parboil vegetables for 5 minutes, drain well and brush with olive oil and roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Mix together miso and honey. Brush on the vegetables and roast for another 15 minutes until golden and tender.
  4. They will be darker and a little caramelised.
  5. ENJOY!

Notes

You can roast different vegetables with this recipe, potatoes, beets and mushrooms too
