- In a roasting tin, drizzle the butternut squash with olive oil and roast for 25 minutes at 180 degree fan until cooked through and golden.
- In a frying pan, warm up some olive oil, and in a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, miso paste and sesame oil and black pepper into a thick paste and coat the beef with it.
- Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on how rare you like your steak.
- Let the steak rest whilst you make the Ramen noodle kit, according to pack instructions.
