Ingredients
  

  • 1 Miso Tasty Yaki Udon Noodle Kit
  • 250 g firm tofu cut into 1cm cubes
  • 1 handful Baby corn
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat some oil in a pan on a medium heat, and fry the tofu until it is crispy on each side.
    1 tbsp oil, 250 g firm tofu
  • Add the baby corn and fry until it softens.
    1 handful Baby corn
  • Add your udon noodles to the pan, stirring for a few minutes until the noodles loosen.

  • Mix together the sauce ingredients from the Yaki Udon Noodle Kit, then pour into the pan and stir through so all the noodles are covered in sauce.

  • Turn the heat up in the pan for 30 seconds, and let the noodles slightly catch before plating up.
  • Stir through the spinach so it is starting to wilt.
    1 handful Spinach
