It is with much excitement and apprehension that we prepare to launch a sister brand to Miso Tasty! Welcome to the world...... Tofu Tasty!
Tofu Tasty is of course a brand that is inspired by the title of my second book. I am passionate about sharing interesting Asian ingredients that I love, and bringing it to the masses. Taking the fear out of using the many cupboard staples that have sustained millions of Asian kitchens for thousands of years.

The Tofu Tasty brand re-imagines the ancient Asian staple ingredient TOFU for a modern audience looking for nutritious, satisfying and natural ways to eat well, with more plant-based meals and less meat.
Our first range of tofu products will be a selection of dried tofu; a delicacy in China, Japan and Korea.
Tofu Tasty ingredients create exciting protein-rich centre-plates for vegetarian meals that are satisfying and all-natural.
Our tofu range is made from pure ingredients with minimal processing and is a key building block for a nutritious plant-based meal.
Our tofu products are naturally delicately flavoured for you to embellish and build on with other ingredients from the kitchen cupboard, with plenty of recipe inspiration too.
Tofu knots loves creamy flavours and spicy flavours. You can also alter their texture, depending on how you cook them; baking, frying, simmering.
They contain up to 20% protein, for those looking to swap out their meat in their meals, this is the perfect easy switch.

Tofu Tasty is inspired by the best-selling tofu cookbook of the same name, authored by Bonnie Chung, the creator of Tofu Tasty and sister brand Miso Tasty. Like Miso Tasty, Tofu Tasty specialises in quality, natural ingredients with an ancient heritage, but also inspires cooks to enjoy them in imaginative modern ways.
