This is the perfect recipe for a light and simple Ramen topping. As the salmon is super speedy to cook, you can have a restaurant-quality, nutritious meal in mere minutes!

  1. In a sauce pan, boil the noodles for 6 mins.
  2. Drain and rinse with cold water and return to the pan.
  3. In a frying pan, pre-heat the oil over medium heat.
  4. Carefully add the salmon fillets skin-side-down and fry for 3 mins until crisp.
  5. Flip the fillets over then lower the heat and fry for a further 2 mins until cooked.
  6. In a separate pan, boil 200ml of water.
  7. Add the Pak Choi and cook for 2 mins then carefully divide the Pak Choi between two serving bowls keeping the boiled water for the next step.
  8. Empty the contents of the miso & sesame oil sachet to the boiled water and gently stir to complete the broth.
  9. Pour the miso broth into the pan with noodles and heat up.
  10. Divide the noodles between the two serving bowls followed by the miso broth.
  11. Add the cooked salmon fillets to each serving bowl and finish with the sliced chillies and wakame seaweed and sesame garnish sachets.
  12. Enjoy!

Notes

Great served with steamed rice or egg noodles.
