Our Silken Tofu Miso Soup is our version of a Japanese Classic. Delicate cubes of silken tofu, mixed with nutritious wakame seaweed and sweet spring onion to bring out the special flavours of our miso soup.
Our miso soups now contain real handmade dashi, made in the authentic way. We steep aged shiitake mushrooms and combo (Japanese kelk) in distilled water for 24 hours. This creates an umami rich base, which draws out the deep, natural flavours of our miso for an umami explosion.
