  1. In a roasting tin, drizzle the butternut squash with olive oil and roast for 25 minutes at 180 degree fan until cooked through and golden.
  2. In a frying pan, warm up some olive oil, and in a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, miso paste and sesame oil and black pepper into a thick paste and coat the beef with it.
  3. Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on how rare you like your steak.
  4. Let the steak rest whilst you make the Ramen noodle kit, according to pack instructions.

Notes

You can roast different vegetables with this recipe, potatoes, beets and mushrooms too
