Our Sweetcorn miso soup is made up of our special blend of rice miso, spring water and homemade dashi with separate toppings containing warming chili peppers from Japanese seven spice, with spring onion and crunchy sweetcorn. This soup hails from Hokkaido, Northern Japan, celebrating some key flavours from the island.

Our miso soups now contain real handmade dashi, made in the authentic way. We steep aged shiitake mushrooms and kombu (Japanese kelk) in distilled water for 24 hours. This creates an umami rich base, which draws out the deep, natural flavours of our miso for an umami explosion.
