Original Miso Soup Kit
Made from our signature blend of miso, using fermented rice and soybeans in Nagano, in Japan, our Original Miso Soup Kit has a light yet balanced taste with sweet and salty flavours.
The classic garnishes of wakame seaweed and spring onions are packed separately to keep our miso fresh and vegetables crunchy. That’s what makes us so special! Rice miso is most popular in the central parts of Honshu, Japan. We hope you enjoy our signature miso soup!

Spicy Miso Soup Kit
Made from 12 month fermented rice and soybeans, our Spicy Miso Soup is made from our siganture blend of miso, in Nagano Japan. The miso soup paste has a deep, umami- rich taste that is completed with a peppery spice that lingers.
We pack our Japanese shichimi pepper with wakame seaweed and spring onion separately to keep our miso fresh and citrus spices fragrant. Enjoy our warming mix of chilli, mandarin peel, sesame, nori, sansho pepper and ginger. Red miso is most popular in Hokkaido & the northern parts of Honshu, Japan.

Mushroom Miso Soup Kit
Made from fermented barley and soybeans, our Mushroom Barley miso soup has a light but hearty flavour. The mushrooms add a sweet, earthy taste and are packed separately to keep our miso fresh and mushrooms flavoursome.
Barley miso is most popular in the southern parts of Honshu, and in Kyushi, Southern Japan and has a hearty flavour.
If you don’t like seaweed, then this malty miso with mushrooms is for you!
