Ingredients
  

  • 1 Miso Tasty Ramen Noodle Kit
  • 2 Salmon fillets
  • 2 heads Pak Choi washed and quartered length ways
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 red chilli finely sliced to serve (optional)
  • 200 ml water

Instructions
 

  • In a sauce pan, boil the noodles for 6 mins.

  • Drain and rinse with cold water and return to the pan.
  • In a frying pan, pre-heat the oil over medium heat.

  • Carefully add the salmon fillets skin-side-down and fry for 3 mins until crisp.

  • Flip the fillets over then lower the heat and fry for a further 2 mins until cooked.
  • In a separate pan, boil 200ml of water.

  • Add the Pak Choi and cook for 2 mins then carefully divide the Pak Choi between two serving bowls keeping the boiled water for the next step.

  • Empty the contents of the miso & sesame oil sachet to the boiled water and gently stir to complete the broth.

  • Pour the miso broth into the pan with noodles and heat up.
  • Divide the noodles between the two serving bowls followed by the miso broth.
  • Add the cooked salmon fillets to each serving bowl and finish with the sliced chillies and wakame seaweed and sesame garnish sachets
