SHIRO WHITE MISO SOUP  with Wakame Seaweed & Spring Onions

 
Made from 6 month fermented rice and soybeans, our shiro white miso soup paste has a light yet balanced taste with sweet and salty flavours. The classic garnishes of wakame seaweed and spring onions are packed separately to keep our miso fresh and vegetables crunchy. That's what makes us so special!Shiro miso is most popular in the central parts of Honshu, Japan.

 

Ingredients : Soybean paste (soya) (water, soybeans, rice, salt) (70%), water, corn starch syrup, mirin, vegetable oil (rapeseed oil, soybean oil), alcohol. dried wakame (2%), freeze dried spring onion (1%), salt, kelp (0.8%), lecithin, yeast extract.

 

AKA RED MISO SOUP with Spicy Sesame & Wakame Seaweed

Made from 12 month fermented rice and soybeans, our red aka miso soup paste has a deep and umami- rich taste. We pack our Japanese shichimi pepper with wakame seaweed and spring onion separately to keep our miso fresh and citrus spices fragrant. Enjoy our warming mix of chilli, mandarin peel, sesame, nori, sansho pepper and ginger. Aka miso is most popular in Hokkaido & the northern parts of Honshu, Japan.

 

Ingredients : Soybean paste (soya), (water, soybeans, rice, salt) (70%), water, corn starch syrup, vegetable oil (rapeseed oil, soybean oil), mirin, alcohol, dried wakame (2%), salt, freeze dried spring onions (1%), scichimi pepper ( sesame) (chilli pepper, mandarin peel, black sesame seed, sea ;lettuce, white sesame seed, sancho pepper, ginger) (0.8%), lecithin, yeast extract.
