ORGANIC SHIRO WHITE MISO PASTE (200g)

Our shiro white miso is a sweet, yet savoury type of rice miso, made by fermenting rice and soybeans together for 6 months. It is most popular in the central parts of Honshu,Japan.

Ingredients: Water, Organic Soybeans, (Soya), Organic Rice, Salt, Yeast, Koji Culture.

 

ORGANIC AKA RED MISO PASTE (200g) 

Our aka red miso is the most umami rich type of rice miso, made by fermenting rice and soybeans together for 12 months. It is most popular with those living in Hokkaido and northern parts of Japan.

Ingredients : Water, Organic Soybeans, (Soya), Organic Rice, Salt, Yeast, Koji Culture.
