Oat Milk Ramen Noodle Soup Recipe

Adding oat milk to your ramen broth instead of water COMPLETELY changes the whole thing. This ramen is rich and creamy, you won’t believe there isn’t butter in there!

Ingredients (Serves 2 )


  • 1 x egg
  • Sweetcorn
  • Chopped Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Runny Honey
  • Chopped Chilli and Spring Onion to Garnish


  1. Cook Noodles according to pack instructions, drain, then drench in cold water to stop them cooking.
  2. To prepare the toppings, first boil the egg for 6-7 minutes, then carefully remove from the boiling water, and place in a bowl of cold water to cool.
  3. Mix together the soy sauce with the honey.
  4. Fry the mushrooms on a low heat in a little oil, once soft add the soy sauce and honey mix and make sure the mushrooms are coated.
  5. Mix together the miso and sesame oil sachets from your Miso Tasty Ramen Noodle Kit
  6. Add 400ml of Oat milk to a pan and heat slowly, stir in your miso sesame mix, and sachets of seaweed & spring onion garnishes.
  7. Add your cooked noodles to the pan and heat through.
  8. Add your noodles and broth to the bowl, arrange your sweetcorn, mushrooms and egg onto the noodles.
  9. Sprinkle on your sesame seeds, chopped chilli and spring onion to taste.
  10. Serve!
