Made from 12 month fermented rice and soybeans, our Red Miso Soup is made from our signature blend of miso, in Nagano Japan. The miso soup paste has a deep, umami- rich taste that is completed with a peppery spice that lingers.
We pack our Japanese shichimi pepper with wakame seaweed and spring onion separately to keep our miso fresh and citrus spices fragrant. Enjoy our warming mix of chilli, mandarin peel, sesame, nori, sansho pepper and ginger. Red miso is most popular in Hokkaido & the northern parts of Honshu, Japan.
