Sweet & Savoury Miso
Cooking Sauce
Miso Tasty’s Sweet & Savoury Miso helps you recreate our signature dishes with just a squeeze! This sauce is made from naturally fermented rice miso from Japan.
TASTY IDEAS
Glaze: For classic “Miso Aubergine”, top roasted aubergines with miso before grilling until golden, or for the famous “Miso Cod”, simply spread a thin layer onto fish before roasting.
Marinade: Coat meat, fish or vegetables with a thin layer of miso before cooking
Drizzle: Mix with a little water for a miso salad dressing

Miso Paste (45%) (Water, SOYBEANS, Rice, Salt, Alcohol), Mirin, Sugar, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Rapeseed Oil, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum)

Miso Tasty’s Teriyaki is full of deep umami flavour from naturally fermented soy sauce and mirin. This sweet and savoury sauce is a kitchen cupboard essential, so you can recreate all your favourite Japanese teriyaki dishes with just a squeeze!

Glaze: Spread onto salmon before grilling and add an extra squeeze when serving for a glossy glaze. Perfect for BBQ’s too
Marinade: Squeeze onto chicken and leave for 10 minutes before roasting
Drizzle: Add to stir-fries, noodle and rice dishes

Brighten up your dishes with a Japanese citrus twist! Our Rich and Tangy Yuzu carriers the sweet notes of lemon and mandarin and the deeper umami flavours of Japanese miso for a super mouth-watering experience.
Glaze: Spread on a thin layer half-way through roasting veg for a golden glaze.
Marinade: Coat fish, seafood and chicken for 10 minutes before roasting or grilling.
Drizzle: Mix with a little olive oil and water for a citrus salad dressing.
