This is a lovely rich and hearty, warming topping for ramen. You can add leftover roast beef from the Sunday roast or to make it fresh, choose a steak cut that is for frying rather than for roasting such as a sirloin or a fillet steak.

Ingredients for 1
-
Miso Tasty Ramen Noodle Kit
-
1 x 150g sized fillet or sirloin steak

1 tsp sesame oil
-
100g butternut squash cubed

-
In a roasting tin, drizzle the butternut squash with olive oil and roast for 25 minutes at 180 degree fan until cooked through and golden.

In a frying pan, warm up some olive oil, and in a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, miso paste and sesame oil and black pepper into a thick paste and coat the beef with it.
-
Fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes on each side, depending on how rare you like your steak.
-
Let the steak rest whilst you make the Ramen noodle kit, according to pack instructions.
