Miso Tasty Ramen with Honey Salmon, Tofu and Chilli – A Ramen Noodle Kit Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Miso Tasty Ramen Noodle Kit
  • 1 fillet salmon
  • 100 g silken tofu
  • 2 pinches chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degree, fan oven.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the honey and soy sauce, then pour it over the salmon fillet to coat.

  • On a baking tray lined with foil, place the salmon fillet and roast for 15-20 minutes until just cooked through.

  • Open the silken tofu from the packet and chop into cubes, then lightly simmer in boiling water for 30 seconds before serving.
    100 g silken tofu
  • Make the Ramen Noodle Kit, according to packet Instructions

  • Top with the roast salmon, tofu cubes and garnish with pinches of chilli flakes. A little chilli oil or chilli sauce is also delicious.
