Who doesn’t love a mash potato! To add a deep savoury flavour without adding heaps of salt, simply stir in some of our Miso Tasty white miso paste. I love adding some fresh chives to add freshness and colour too.
Simply boil 2 large floury potatoes like Maris Pipers or King Edwards, and mash together with 2 tablespoons of Miso Tasty white miso paste, 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter and a crack of black pepper.
