100g Miso Tasty white miso paste
100g unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
4 Sweetcorn cobs, kept whole and with husks kept on
Simply mix the miso and butter together until combined and soft, make sure no lumps.
Add chopped chives and stir again.
Paint onto par-boiled sweetcorn, and then griddle/roast/BBQ
