- 250g unsalted butter
- 200g 70% cocoa solids chocolate
- 100g white miso
- 220g golden caster sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 70g plain flour
- 60g cocoa powder
- 3 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
