  • 250g unsalted butter
  • 200g 70% cocoa solids chocolate
  • 100g white miso
  • 220g golden caster sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 70g plain flour
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 3 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
