This cheesy chive corn is so delicious you’ll never eat corn any other way! Inspired by David Chang, miso butter is something I always keep in the fridge. Here it is brushed on sweetcorn, but it is equally delicious frozen and grated on to baked sweet potato or cut into coins and served on grilled fillet steak!
