Here it is sold by weight and is the freshest tofu you can buy. When purchasing from the supermarket, the fresh tofu should always be kept in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.

Once you have opened your fresh tofu to use, any excess should be immersed in water and kept in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 days, changing the water daily to maintain freshness. Alternatively, you can drain all the water out and keep it in an airtight container for 2 days.
