  • In a pan, bring to boil 360ml of water then reduce the heat to a simmer to cook the shiitake mushrooms until tender.
    60 g Shiitake Mushrooms, 360 ml water
  • Remove from the heat and stir in 2 sachets of miso paste until fully dissolved.
    1 box Miso Tasty Miso Soup Kit
  • Garnish with coriander and serve immediately.
    1 pinch coriander
  • For additional texture and flavour, add the included garnish.
