We’re changing things up this New Year’s Eve and swapping the blinis, the platters of seafood on ice, for a warm (it’s so cold outside, after all) Miso Tasty soup packed full of our favourite New Year’s Eve treats! This is how to do New Year’s Eve the Miso Tasty way: a Japanese take on the usual end of year traditions. Now is the time for change, after all!

  • Slice the salmon into thin, bite-size pieces
    50 g smoked salmon
  • Make up the miso soup as per packet instructions
    1 Miso Tasty Miso Soup Kit
  • Drop in the salmon and prawns
    3 cooked prawns
  • Slice the lemon in quarters and squeeze one wedge on top and drop in to the soup
    1 lemon
  • Scatter the chives over the bowl
    pinch chives
  • Add the soup garnish that came with the kit (optional)
