To add extra health-giving goodness to our Miso Tasty soups, we’ve added freshly grated ginger and turmeric, a finely sliced chilli and a squeeze of lemon. Ginger helps the digestion and soothes the stomach, turmeric is famous for being high in antioxidants, and the red chilli adds an extra bit of spice to help you get rid of any cold that’s lingering nearby.
Small knob of ginger
Small chunk of turmeric
1/2 long red chilli
1. Make up the Miso Tasty soup as per packet instructions
2. Finely slice the chilli
3. Grate the ginger and turmeric directly into the soup
4. Drop the chilli in to the soup
5. Squeeze the slice of lemon on top
