Using a wooden spoon stir the chocolate pieces until they melt and as soon as all the pieces have melted. Take it off the heat.
Using a pointed ladle or spoon, fill all the moulds up to the top.
Then holding the tray of chocolate moulds very carefully, in one flip motion, pour all the chocolate back into the bowl that was carrying the chocolate before. This can be messy, but dont worry!
This means that the moulds are fully coated in chocolate, but not filled with chocolate.
Place on a plate and chill in the fridge for 20 minutes, where the chocolate would then be set.
