Free Standard UK Delivery is included in the price of our packs of 8 soups, and typically takes 2-3 working days.
Our packaging for our miso soup has been designed to fit through your letterbox; you do not need to be available to sign for it when it arrives, unless you have ordered Miso Tasty merchandise.
All other products – our jars of miso pastes, cookbook, mugs and more – are delivered within the UK by 2nd class post for a flat fee of £2.99p. This typically takes take between 2-5 working days.
If the package weighs over 2kg then we’ll send it by a courier service. This may take between 2-5 working days.
If your items do not arrive together on the same day, this may be because boxes have been sent out individually. Please wait until 5 working days have passed before contacting email@example.com.
If your order does not arrive in the allotted time frame, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that if there is an item which is out of stock, but is due to arrive in the warehouse within 48 hours, your order will be despatched as soon as it is in stock: next day delivery will not be an option.
Please note that working days for Miso Tasty are Monday – Friday and do not include bank holidays.
Please check all goods on receipt as any damaged or faulty goods need to be reported within 5 working days with picture evidence.
In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Services team on +4420 3095 9712 or by email at email@example.com so we can arrange a replacement and/or refund for you.
If you wish to return an item we need to receive it back into our warehouse within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. We ask that you please return the items where possible with their original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse please ensure the items(s) are packaged to prevent any damage.

With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.
If you wish to cancel your order and return it to us, you must let us know within 14 working days of receiving your parcel. This can be done by calling our Customer Services team on +4420 3095 9712 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then need to return the item(s) to us, at your own expense if you have already received them. Once we receive the item(s) we will issue a full refund for the cost of the returned item(s).
Please note that it can take up to 21 days to process a return.
